Hassle-Free Returns
At Gbrs optics store, we want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.
We are more than happy for you to return any of our goods for a refund of the item price within 30 days of receipt, as long as, they are in resellable condition with any packaging and labels intact. You must contact us by email at
gbrsoptics@gmail.com within 7 days of the item being delivered. So feel free to try any of our fantastic range available with our no quibble, no question returns policy.
Customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, in case the order is fulfilled as per description. It can be shipped back via a service of your choice although we do recommend a secure trackable method that requires a signature on delivery. Of course, we will bear the cost of return if it is seller problems, e.g. product damage, wrong item shipped, product not as described, etc.
Your return request will be processed within 48 hours of receipt. Refunds will be made to a bank account via the original method of payment within 7-15 days of approval.
How to return your order:
You must contact us by email at gbrsoptics@gmail.com. We will send you the RMA for return. Without the RMA, all return parcel cannot be recognized by our warehouse.
In the email, we will also send you our warehouse address for returning the parcel.
Make sure the senders address is ON the box and preferably ON the item inside too. Consignments without the sender’s address will be removed and disposed of after 60 days of receiving.
